Those contributing the least to climate change are its greatest victims. Mike Cerre reports for CARE from drought stricken Southern Africa .

Continuing droughts in Southern Africa scientists believe to be caused by climate has created a food crisis affecting an estimated 40 million Africans. CARE is distributing emergency food supplies in Malawi and teaching local farmers how to grow more drought resistant crops. Correspondent Mike Cerre reports from Malawi
